The ES Insurance Training College was set up for the sole purpose of offering Tailor Made as well as Open Seminars and Workshops to any participant.
You may be an Insurance Company, which needs to train its staff just entering the Insurance profession or indeed you may require us to provide detailed and specific training to your technicians and senior Managerial staff.
You may be an organisation which has diverse Insurance requirements but which does not have the adequately trained staff to deal with your diverse and complex Insurance requirements. We can train your staff to not only become fluent with Insurance jargon, but also to be able to identify the kind of Insurance products which your organisation needs and be able to converse efficiently, effectively and professionally with your Insurers.
You may be an individual who wants to participate in a seminar on a specific topic which is of interest to you, but you were not given the oportunity to do so before, and to this effect, you may agree with other colleagues of the same market (or indeed within your organisation) to come together for a Tailor made seminar and/or workshop in order to be able to participate in the specific presentation.
